I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office on 3/27/2025. They rescheduled my 5:00 PM appointment to 2:00 PM the same day, then still made me wait nearly 50 minutes. The nurse was unhygienic, touching the x-ray piece that goes in my mouth and then the computer and machine without changing gloves. The equipment was outdated, and what should have been a routine, fully covered cleaning turned into unexpected charges for extra imaging. Overall, very unprofessional, unsanitary, and not respectful of patients’ time or trust.
