Went in for a standard cleaning but was told I had to pay $52 for fluoride, which didn’t make sense since it’s usually optional. After pushing back, my cleaning felt incomplete and rushed. I’ll be looking for another dentist.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Miller at the Vermont Ave location. He was dismissive and rude when I voiced my discomfort, which left me feeling humiliated and unheard as a patient.
